Registration Fall 2010 Registration Information
AYSO Region 213 Registration Dates
Saturday, July 17 (Last open registration day) 130 Sanctuary 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM
AYSO Region 213 Registration Details and Fees The Early Registration Fee for Fall 2010 is $110 per player. After July 17 (the last open registration day), the Registration Fee returns to $125 per player. The deadline for refund requests is July 30, 2010. There are 4 steps for registration (details below): - Player Registration and Registration Payment,
- Program Acknowledgement and Volunteer Interest Form,
- Volunteer Registration, and
- Attend an open registration day and submit your paperwork (sorry, no mail-in registration).

Please follow the step-by-step instructions below.
Player Pre-registration
- Go to http://www.eayso.org/ and login using your existing account. An account is not required - yet, we highly recommend you create one.
- From the welcome screen, click on the blue “AYSO Parents” button beneath the “I want to register my child to play” message.
- Choose the appropriate “Click Here” button depending upon whether you are signing up a returning or new player.
- If you are signing up a returning player for this season, the data screens will be pre-filled. Please review information for accuracy – address information, telephone numbers, email addresses, emergency contact information, health concerns, etc.
- If signing up a new player, fill in the screens as they are presented to you.
- Parent and Guardian information
- Volunteer jobs – AYSO is an all volunteer organization, so here’s you chance to tell us how you can help!
- Region selection – Enter 213 to play in the only Platinum Region in Area Q, on the best fields in Orange County!
- The next screen will provide information on how to get your forms to us.
- Your child’s information is entered on the next page.
- The last page is legal and disclosure information. Click on “I Agree” at the bottom.
- Please bring a government issued document (passport, birth certificate, etc.) which documents your child's date of birth.
- This will return you to the page at step 2. Click on the “Click Here” button after the “Print my Form…” message. You will then be able to select players you have pre-registered and print their forms.
- Print, sign and initial two (2) copies.
- Prepare a single check made out to "AYSO Region 213" for all players to be registered. The registration fee is $110/player.
- Attend one of our walk-up events and submit the entire package.
Program Acknowledgement and Volunteer Information Form
AYSO Region 213 is operated through the generous time and effort of volunteers. And, AYSO Region 213 needs your help to ensure every child - including your child - enjoys the best youth sports experience available in Irvine.
Furthermore, AYSO Region 213 is asking every family to acknowledge they have been informed of the refund deadline in addition to the need for Referees and the existence of the Referee Point System for the Under-10 through Under-14 divisions (and its impact on standings in these divisions).
Consequently, we are asking every family to fill out and submit the Program Acknowledgement and Volunteer Information Form (PA/VI Form) with their registration package.
Volunteer Registration -
NOTE - below is for new AND renewal volunteer pre-registration instructions (don't just print your form! You must go through the pages and re-confirm, then print).
- Go to http://www.eayso.org/
- From the welcome screen, click on the blue “AYSO Volunteers” button beneath the “I want to do my part as an AYSO volunteer” message.
- Choose the appropriate “Click Here” button depending upon whether you are signing up a returning or new volunteer.
- If you are signing up as a returning volunteer for this season, click on your name and step through the screens to review information for accuracy – address information, telephone numbers, email addresses, emergency contact information. Remember that all volunteers must complete this form annually, including answering the disclosure questions.
- If signing up a new volunteer, click on the “Add Volunteer” button , and fill in the screens as they are presented to you.
- Region selection – Select 213 to become part of our Platinum Region award winning volunteer team!
- Fill in your personal information on page 2.
- On page 3, please tell us how you would like to assist the Region.
- On page 4 please let us know if you would like to coach your child’s team, and also provide the Region a personal reference.
- On page 5, provide a professional reference, or a reference from someone who is familiar with your prior youth related experiences. You must also answer the Disclosure questions at the bottom of the page. If answering “Yes” to either question, provide details as requested.
- Page 6 is legal and disclosure information. Click on “Next” at the bottom.
- Page 7 is Acknowledgement and Consent. Click on the “I Agree” box, fill in your name and the date, and click “Next”.
- This will return you to the page at step 2. Click on the “Click Here” button after the “Print my Form…” message. You will then be able to select volunteers you have pre-registered and print their forms.
- Print two copies and bring them to one of our walk-up events.
Questions? Now that you have completed your registration, you might have some additional questions such as: - When do practices begin? When does the season begin?
- When or where are practices? games?
- What does my child need to play AYSO soccer?
- How do I request a refund?
- How are teams formed? And, why is AYSO's Balanced Teams philosophy so important? What is team Balancing?
- Can my child play for a specific coach or with certain friends and/or neighbors?

What if I cannot attend any of the open registration days? Can I mail in or drop-off my application? AYSO Region 213 does not accept mail-in registrations before July 31. After July 31, you can mail it in, with the following understanding: 1. The regular registration fee is $125/player ($110/player is the early registration fee) 2. Players are placed on a waitlist and assigned to teams if an opening is available. AYSO Region 213 cannot guarantee placement of your child on a team. 3. Your registration packet must be complete (as defined below).
