Fall 2010 Mail-in & Late Registration Instructions
***********************************************
You can Mail-in your registration is available now.
Late Registration begins on July 18, 2010.
***********************************************
The instructions for Mail-in and Late registration are the same. Late registrations can only be mailed to us (AYSO Region 213 does not have a drop-off point where you can leave your
application).
Before you mail in your registration package, please not the following differences with mail-in registration:
- The regular, mail-in registration fee is $125/player.
- Players are placed on a waiting list and assigned to teams if an opening is available (the best way to get off the wait list is to volunteer to coach a team). For details, please download and read this document about Team Formation, Team Balancing and Waiting List Procedures.
- Your registration check will not be deposited until your child is placed on a team. Make sure you include a separate check for each player if you are submitting registrations for more than one player.
- If your child is assigned to a team, then no refund is available. And, if they don't get on a team, then we will return your check (if you provide a self-addressed, stamped envelope with your registration package -- otherwise, we will ask for your permission to shred the check).
- Players can be placed on a team (from the waiting list) up through September 17 (the Friday before the second weekend of games). Therefore, please be patient.
- Your registration packet must be complete (as defined below).
