Parents and Coaches need to remember that thee is a Code of Conduct in AYSO. That involves lots of things - but at it's basic level it's here
Parents Cheer Positively!Coaches Coach Positively!
Referees manage the game using the Laws and Regional guidelines Positively!
Players PLAY with a good attitude and enthusiasm.
Parents are never to come out onto a field. Coaches are only allowed onto a field when permitted by a referee. This is the rule ALL THE TIME! Referees are trained in safe haven and have control of the vicinity of the field just before, during, and just after the match.
If parents have questions on the match or other AYSO issues they should work with their coach and not engage opponents, the referee, or other officials. Your coach is your first line of information about AYSO Activities - if they need to they will contact someone else.
Let's make sure we have a Fair, Safe, and Fun environment for ALL members of the AYSO North Irvine community.
